Step 2:
Go to https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA  to register your own account using your email address and a password.

Step 3:
Select the appropriate Chinese Embassy or Consulate for your area of residence. Click this link for detailed information.

Step 4:

After you have completed the visa application form and uploaded all required documents online, please email your login and password information to info@lotustours.net. We will review your application and make any necessary corrections before you officially submit it.

Please do not submit your application until our review is complete, otherwise you may need to restart the entire process from the beginning.

Please provide the following information:

  1. The registered sign-in email address and password for each Chinese visa application;
  2. The specific time frame during which you will be available to receive the verification code via email;
  3. The cell phone number where I can reach you to obtain the verification code (the code is valid for 300 seconds only).

Please make sure you are logged out of the application system when I call you to obtain the verification code.

Step 5:
Once you have our confirmation, submit your form online and wait for a response from the visa officers (usually within 3–5 days). Track your application status in your registered account.

Step 6:
After receiving notice from the Chinese visa officers, please mail your actual US passport, along with the notice paper containing your application information and barcode, to our visa courier. Follow the shipping instructions we will send you via email.
