Submission Guidelines

Please make sure you follow the submission guide below. Entries that do not comply fully with this guide will not be accepted.

Your entry must be submitted as a digital file saved in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. DO NOT send the essay text in the body of an email.
Manuscripts must be written in English, double spaced, no longer than 3,000 words.
Save your files only with the essay title as the file name. DO NOT start or include “Lotus Travel essay competition” or any other such generic statement in the file name. We cannot easily sort out hundreds of files all called Lotus Travel Essay Competition!
The Microsoft Word document with your essay should also include in the same document the name, street/postal address and email address of the author.
